Our story: a Microsoft partner in Athens, in business since 1998
Winsolv has been delivering business software and consulting since 1998. Based in Marousi, Athens, we focus on four areas: CRM with Dynamics 365, process automation, AI agents and GEO – built on the Microsoft cloud with the Power Platform, Power BI and Azure.
Our team combines deep technical skills with an understanding of how sales, service and operations teams really work. We start with the business problem, deliver in short, measurable phases, and support our clients long after go-live.
Today our work centres on making business processes run by themselves. We build automations with Power Automate that remove manual steps, and we design, train and continuously improve AI agents in Copilot Studio – teaching them your products, policies and data so they handle requests, documents and cases end to end, with a person in control where it matters.
We also make sure your company stays visible as customers move from search engines to AI assistants. With Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) we help ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot find, understand and recommend your business – and we measure the result every month.
